We have the largest purpose built
breeding unit for water voles in the
UK. Currently this constitutes 100
breeding pens with a further 40 at
our satellite facilities.
We have the largest over wintering
holding facilties for water voles in the
UK, able to house approximately 1000
water voles.
We are the lead water vole
training provider for IEEM.
Our unique water vole
handling facility and on site
water vole population
provide a fantastic
opportunity for practical and
theoretical tuition.

We provide a
mobile holding
facility used on site
when trapping
smaller numbers of
water voles for
relocation.
We are in partnership with RZSS and
Penbode Vets to complete health
screening in our veterinary facilities.
We are equipped to microchip large
numbers of water voles pre release and
follow this up with post release monitoring
